I have been established for over 25 years working as a plumber around the Blackpool area. I am City & Guilds qualified, time served and live in Bispham, Blackpool. What to say but praise. I have been calling past few days for a plumber locally as my Mothers toilets failed
and as she is an OAP she was upset with companies quoting the earth and quoting silly prices just to have a look
then there's the cost for parts if they have them.
Well, I called Gary and explained.
This was midday today as i write this and he came straight out best of all Gary said he would have parts on him and this made my mind up.
He was Professional, kind and very helpful to my mother with the greatest respect.
Gary fixed both toilets and the price was spot on,
please I can not stress how helpful Gary was at this time of year to help an OAP out was magic all credit and local.
Need some work done will use Gary again for sure.

Great tradesman prompt and excellent service Gary came out today, promptly after calling only last night so reassuring not to panic and be with me as soon as next day. He came with protected gloves etc and following covid 19 guidelines - really lovely gentleman explained all that he was doing (I made an error in choosing the wrong type of tap but Gary was happy to sort and rectify) even called me back after leaving to see what he could find under trade closures to try and get a resolution). Going to get it sorted when times are better, but prompt reliable and a lovely gentleman would highly recommend - he installs good quality and like everything you get what you pay for - comments where people have said too pricy I found him reasonable and certainly tells you the cost before he proceeds and no call out charge - don’t hesitate to call him great services and I will certainly use him again.
